If I was to be any kind of doctor

     If I was to be any kind of doctor, I would be an health doctor.There is lot to information you need to know if you want to be healthy. The mane one is what we put in our bodies, or what we eat and drink. You should know how to balance out what you eat and how much of it you eat. You should have a balance of how much grain, vegetables, fruits, dairy products, and the meats and beans you eat. You should also be carful of how much salt you consume. For example if you were to go on a diet you would want to chose one that was low in calories about 30% of day to day calories contain fat so eating a smaller amount of sugar helps prevent cardiovascular dieses. You should be wise of what and how much you. Most foods have salt in it so it’s not very necessary to add much the less salt the better.
     Study’s show, that these five basic foods should be eaten daily (but not too much of each). With grain, you should have a least 6-11 serving sizes a day. That is the equivalent of 1 slice of whole grain bread, 1 tortilla, cup of cereal, ½ cup of oatmeal, ½ small bagel. For meat and beans, it should be 2-3 serving sizes, which is equivalent to ½ cups of dry beans, 1 egg and ¾ cups of nuts. Then there’s the fruits, you should eat at least 2-4 serving sizes. That would be equal to any 1 fruit, ½ cup of chopped fruit, and ¾ cup of fruit juice. Eating 1 whole apple would be the same as a third of a tennis ball. Next is the vegetables, you should have 3-5 servings a day. The equal value of that is 1 cup of raw vegetables, ½ cup of cooked/raw vegetables, and ¾ cup of vegetable juice. Lastly are the dairy products. You should be carful of dairy products, because they are mostly fat but yet your body dose nee a certain amount of it to stay healthy. Each day you should have 3-5 servings, which is the same as 1.5 ounces of cheese, and 1 cup of milk.
     In conclusion, pay attention to what you put in you body. Know the names that are on the back of the snack you’re eating. Most of the time they are sugar just in fancy words so look it up if you don’t know what something is. Remember that to stay healthy you should balance out what you eat and what you need to eat. You should also be answer of how much salt you consume.
