Prompt The internet includes many websites with images and content that is inappropriate. Should websites like these be censored by parents? Why or why not? State you position and support it with specific reasons and examples.

Protect Your Child?

 The internet is not a safe place for anyone. There are some many harmfully things on the internet that can be done. People can find many inappropriate mages and on line with just one click of the mouse. Your child can go to a normal website, and on the side on top of the page are advertisements everywhere that lead to porn website or wed site that are just nit appropriate fro a child. If you don’t what them to see these things, it is your job to protect them from it.

   Some may ask, why not get rid of these website? The internet is worldwide. You can’t have a website, or paid for advertisement removed simply because you don’t want your child to view them. There is so much money gain from these websites, and a lot of times it’s not easy to find the owners of the website. So you have to face it, you child and your responsibility and you are the only one that can protect them best. There are plenty programs that you can use to block the provocative things on the internet. The fact is that these inappropriate things on the internet has been happing for more than 25 years, and continues to get worst. You should know this. Therefore, when something you don’t want you child to see pops up you shouldn’t be surprised. You could have in fact prevented this by blocking the advertisements.

    You cant make the inappropriate websites go away. to protect you children you must do things on your own. There are lost of programs to use to block these things from your children, but no one is going to do that for you have to put up the program on your own. Iif there are incident tell your children to avoid those website and explain why or else they’ll just wonder why they cant go to it and go anyway to see what so bad about it,
