There are many environmental problems. One of the worst in my opinion is air pollution. What is air pollution you may ask, any thing that people bring in into the atmosphere that has destructive effect on living things or and the environment is considered as air pollution. For example Carbon dioxide, a greenhouse gas is leading us straight into global and is one of the main air pollutions. Carbon monoxide is odorless and cannot bee seen. It is formed when the carbon in fuels does not completely burn. Vehicle exhaust contributes roughly 60 percent of all carbon monoxide emissions nationwide, and up to 95% in cities. Other sources include fuel combustion in industrial processes and natural sources such as wildfires. http://www.buzzle.com/articles/air-pollution-facts.html points out that “20-year study conducted on the residents of Los Angeles, it has been shown that the adverse effects of air pollution have been grossly underestimated. The researchers opine that chronic health problems due to particulate matter in the air may be double or even triple times greater than the estimates available currently.” People are getting sick every day from air pollution without even realizing it. Air pollution is killing us all, even a higher risk for those of us who already has breathing problems to begin with.  We have so many thing around us that pollute are air, people who smoke, gas companies, chimney’s barn fires, tire fires, cars, mountain fires for example the one last year in San Diego when there was ash everywhere.
