Communication has changed  a lot over the last 20 or so years. It has changed for the good, and for the bad. We have many ways  in which we can communicate. We can do it the old fashion way, which is now know as the romantic way, and send a letter, we can call the receiver on there house phone, cell phone, or on a pay phone you know their always near. You can also talk to them online, text message them on there phones. Don’t forget you can talk to them verbally in many languages, you can even use sign language in different languages, one of personal favorites is Korean sign language. It is now easy to talk to just about anyone. You can even talc to your favorite artist or actor (etc) online and you also have fan letters that get answered. But the  new technology has killed the brains of our mind today, especially teens. Almost every time I see a teenager, they are talking but mostly texting on there cell phone. Even at school where cell phone usage is prohibited, they are still using them in class during lunch etc. the use of cell phones has a danger zone. The car! Millions of car accident have occurred because of cell phone, which has caused many deaths. So much sadness has been caused by are “newly improved communications” communication online is worst, you can tell some one to much or foolishly decide to meet up with a complete danger you think you know because of the false information they put online, you can end up getting yourself, raped kidnapped, beaten, robbed, and so many other bad things. It just so sad to think about all the bad thing that have happed to people as are communication devise kills the proper way of speaking.         

Math? Why do we need to know math? Well let’s start with money, if you don’t know math how will you be able to manage your money. If you didn’t know math it could be a big problem. For example, let say you get a job that pay $350 a week and you want rent a really nice house that cost $1000 a month, if you do the math you’d know you’ll only have $750 dollars left a mother for transportation, food/ drinks, bills, and other thing that you might need or want. Not to mention you have kids, who would always need things for school. Not only that, if you don’t know math, you  could easily get cheated out of your money. You could pay for something that cost $20 and the person give you back $8, how would you know their cheating you. Another thing is going to a sale at a store, it could be something that you want that’s 20% off the original price which is $50, you have a little money but don’t know if it’s enough. You would also need to know math for certain careers, such as any kind of doctor, and architect, any thing that has to do with computers, banker and many other jobs, nearly all jobs consist of knowing a little math. You also need math to cook sometimes. You need to know how much of that and this to add. In the end, math is very important, so you should take advantage of learning as much of it as you can. 

How chose the food you eat

Step 1. Decide that you are hungry, how hungry you are, what kind of hunger is it, is it all in the mind or from the stomach.  

Step 2. Decide on type of food to eat

                        Examples: soul food, Chinese food, Spanish food, etc. All the above.

Step 3. Now lets say you want all the above, go to an all you can eat buffet.

Step 4. If not skip step 3 and go to the place that has the best of what you want.

Step 5. If you ant decide go look at picture online or in a magazine and see what appeals to you more, what makes your mouth water. You can also go to a place that has a lot of restaurants and go look around to see what appeals to you.

  Note also decide if you want fatty or healthy food. 

The internet is very helpful and an easy way to make money. For users you can get information by going to various website to look any information you want. The most popular at this point of time is goole and bing. These two companies are getting money every time some on logs on to their web sight, making billions of dollar’s every year. The internet also makes it easy for people to buy things online. You can live in los Angeles yet buy thing all the way from Japan and have it sent here at a reasonable price. You can buy just about buy anything online from paper, book, TV’s, cars and much more. You can also use many communication-wed sights to talk to old fiends, new friend, family, even complete strangers (which is why the internet is sometimes dangerous). Yes, as good as the internet is, it has a lot bad that comes along with it. there is cyber bullies, child pedophiles, rapist, and much more. So people need to watch who they talk to online, because anyone can lie. The internet is very integrating, you can download a lot free stuff online, such as movies and music. The only bad thing about this is, you can download a whole CD for free, so less and less people buy the CD’s and stores, the record company and the artist thus looses money. The internet also help to keep up with what going around in the world. It’s like having the world news on your computer. You might watch the new on the TV but you can get more information online. 

     This is all made up, just so you’d know! I just need something good to use.

Last year, I really wanted to go to the anime festival. I’d been wanting to go for years but never had the money, or sometimes not the time. I had bout my ticket for one day which was $25 and pulse I had saved up $300 to spend. All I had to do was get ready in the morning and be on my way. (It was best to get there early because of the long lines). I wake up in the morning and get myself ready, in the new anime style outfit for the special accession of my first Anime conviction. Just as I’m about to go out of the house my mothers phone rings. My father had gotten into a car accident and he including my baby brother and sister were in the hospital (not in critical condition but still hurt). I knew that they were fine and no-one would have mined if I just went to the expo anyway but instead I felt obliged to go to the hospital instead, although it took me a lot of had work and time to earn the money I did for the expo. (which happens only once a year) Going to the hospital to see my family was much more necessary. They enjoyed my company and are bond as a family became closer. Family is more important the $25 wasted on the anime expo that I didn’t have a chance to go to. Family is a much necessary thing to have then the thing I would have bought at the anime expo. 

     My ideal vacation would be in Seoul, Korea. I would rent out a nice hotel that’s close to most of the restaurants. I’d eat Kimchi, Bulgog which is made with thin slices of beef grilled and marinated in soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, sugar, green onions and black pepper. Beef, pork, and a range of seafood products are the most popular meat dishes in Korean cuisine, and much more. I’d be eating the food  the traditional way which is, sitting cross-legged at a low table, using chopsticks as my primary eating utensils, spoons if with soup or steamed rice, and these dishes usually remain on the table. Many families will not drink during their meal, but restaurants commonly serve water or tea. Side dishes are almost always shared, and it is considered impolite to begin eating before your elders at the table. In formal settings and at home, these rules are often strictly enforced, though in casual settings many Koreans ignore such traditions. I would eat a lot, then work it off by walking around an viewing all that around me. Then I go on sight seeing trips. I’d first go to the largest palace in Seoul, Gyeongbokgung , which reminds you of the early years of Korean dynasties. Until 1592 Gyeongbokgung served as the principal palace for the Joseon dynasty. The palace of today is only an impression of the palace it once was. The I’d go to The National Museum of Korea, which is known as the best Korea in art and history. Then I would go see a super junior concert.

   The rate of Obesity continues to rise. A grate amount of is from the youth of are nation. It’s bad to have such a thing at a young age, some as young as five or two. This is bad. Our youth is our future, when I’m old they’ll be the ones in the working class, mostly most will die from obesity. It’s so many things at fault for this. One it’s the parent for not making sure that there children is eating right, but you can blame it all on them because some of them can’t afford healthy food. Therefore you go into blame business for making fatty and prossed food cheep and healthy and organic food expensive, it seem that the better it is for you, the more expensive it is. This also has to do with class. If you life amount the middle or lower class, the stores around you wont have much healthy foods, in higher classes its not so easy to find foods that are bad for you. If we continue this was, pretty soon 91% out of 100% will be obesity, and we’d no one but the wan thing work in our system to blame. Something else to blame is advertisement itself. Every time I see a McDonalds cameral, which in a way is devastating people because all you see is skinny people with smiling faces. Wile when you eat it you just put yourself at a higher risk of getting yourself really sick, but enough of who’s to blame, the real question is, WHAT ARE WE GONNA DO ABOUT IT, AND WHEN? We need to do something before it becomes to late.

              I never paid much attention to Myra. I new that she played soccer and was in the drama club but that was about it. we were completely different people and to my knowledge had nothing in common excepted being female. We saw each other all the time in fact we’ve been in the same classes since elementarily school and now this was our senior year of high school. Yet still we barely knew each other. Then one day there was horrible news. The Korean group SHINee was going braking up. When I heard the news my heart nearly stopped, and I was short of breath as if I’d been running. I assumed that this had only affected my two best friends and myself. Their reaction was the same as mine completely miserable.  “We have to do something about this.” I told them. They only agued that their was nothing to do. On the Korean news (which is what I watch when I want to know what happening in Korea, since I live in America I can’t just watch any news station.) On the news, it said that SHINee wasn’t actually breaking up for just any reason; SM Town Entertainment was making them do this because they thought that it would be better. Then something clicked in my head, if there were enough fans to protest this idea, and then maybe SHINee can stay together. When I told my friends about this they just stared at me as if I was crazy, even when I offered to pay the tickets to get there they still said no. some fans they are. I sat on the lunch benched and sulked, mom told me I can’t go alone, and now who would deliver my brilliant idea to the fans in Korea. The suddenly someone sat beside me. It was Myra. Before I could ask her what she wanted, she blunted out that she had overheard everything I told my friends and that if they couldn’t help then maybe she could. “I didn’t know you were a SHINee fan.” I told her “100% SHINee/Taemin fan.      Yesterday, I went to my friend Alice house. As a wolf, it is in my nature to hate cats, but this one wasn’t so bad. She lives in a small apartment in the city. I don’t go there very often because I get annoyed by the noisy humans. They always seem to make a mess of things. When I went to see Alice the cat (as I like to call her), she asked me how was it to live in the wilderness. “Well” I began; it’s a lot more relaxing then living hear in the city, and a lot more to see too. For starters, you rarely see humans all you see is nature, beautiful flower of all kind. Other animals to communicate with, less polluted air, and just peace and quiet.” “Without humans, how do you get food?” Alice asked “Don’t you watch animal planet fool, we hut for are food.” “How can you say that wilderness is better then this. The food is brought to you, you have a place to go to the restroom,” she said as see looked at her litter box. Then her eyes opened wide with confusion. “Were do you use the restroom at” “Oh, um… well you usually just go wherever you want I guess.”  Alice eyes opened wide again, this time with excitement “you mean you don’t have to use the litter box, you can just choose any old bush or tree and go.” “Yep” Alice jumped off the couch and ran to the door. “Were do you think your going?” “I’m going with you to the wilderness.” “No your not!” Why?” She cried, “If you go to the wilderness, I’ll have to eat you.” “Why,” she said looking scared. “if I don’t I’d ruin my reputation as a wolf.’ I told her. After that, she got angry and tried to push me out the door, I yell at her and told her to stop. Then she scorched my nose with her paw. So I did what I hade to and ate her.

Allowance

     Allowance is one of the thing children love to get from their parents. Although many parents would agree that giving children allowance is good, their view on the way the money is disunited is different. While some parents give their children an allowance without considering the ways in which the child behaves, or how well they’ve done on house chores, others make it so that their child would have to earn the money. I believe that an allowance should be eared. Just simply giving it to them teaches them nothing. 

     If you make a child earn the money that they receive in an allowance, it helps them to understand the world they live in and the way money works in this world. For example, if a child is misbehaving or is simply not doing all of their chores, the allowance should be taken away or they should be played less then the full amount. This can indeed help them later on in life. When they have a job as an adult, to earn money they must do their job well and they shouldn’t use inappropriate behavior either. If they were to do a bad at a job then their pay would reflect that or they could just get fired.

     An allowance is a reward; parents don’t have to give it toothier children, so earning the money shouldn’t be a problem. In addition, if they earn their allowance, it would be more appreciated; also, they will have the feeling of accomplishment. What is their accomplished if you simply hand the money over to some undeserving of it? You wouldn’t want them getting use to that, it only teaches then dependency, they will depend on someone else to help them out, and that person would be the parent that always gave them money no matter what the circumstances were. In a way, it a way of taking advantage of parents their hard-earned money goes to someone who barely knows the true value of a dollar. They learn absolute nothing about how to earn money, and when they go into the working world, they won’t amount to much because laziness would be their only experience. It would be new to them while if they could have started early by earning the things they received then it would be essay for them as a working person.

     The working world is not an easy place. It is full of people who expect you to do what they ask of you to 


the fullest. If you were to work in an office, the boss would not allow a messy office like a parent allows a 


messy room. If you are late you pay would be docked and if you complain you could be fired. So why not 


start them off early the right way, by teaching giving them a glimpse of living in this world fanatically. By 


making them earn their allowance, you are showing them how to earn their keep. Therefore, when they grow 


up into working adults they can have a better outlook on they way thins work.

20 feet

  Imagining myself as some one 20feet tall is funny because i'm so short. if i was tall i think things would be worst. It would be impossible to live in this world peacefully, people would be so afraid and me that they wouldn't give me a change to be friendly to them. of course you know how it is when Humans Get Scared they try to destroy what they are afraid of. So i'd probably either be dead or evil, and try to destroy the human race for tying to destroy me.

The Time I Won

 One time i won a talent show by singing.  It was when I was about seven years old. i song the song "They cant take that away from me" by Mariah Carey. I wasn't nervous at all. it was at a time when the thing I loved the most was to sing. When I heard the announcer say that I won fist place I couldn't believe it. As much as i wanted to win I didn't think I would, I thought that there were a lot of talented singers in the competition that were better and older than me, but i won. I was o happy.  

One Afternoon

My Grandmother 

      If i was to spend on afternoon with some one of extended  family it would have to be My great Grandmother Wyvernia Tucker. I would choses my grandmother because we don't get to spent time together. when i was younger i would go to her house at least four times a week, but now i'm lucky if i get to see her once every other month. my grandmother and I had always been close, and i miss the time i spent with her as she gave me her knowledge she has gathered in her 62 years of life. It would be grate to spend another afternoon in her presents once again.  

Game Show

If i was to be on a game show it would be super junior explorers of the human body game show. It comes on Sunday evening at 5:30 PM on SBS. Each episode has a main topic to explore regarding the human body. In the show i would do things that basically tests the human body and how well you can use it. for example I wound have to tease thing that you usually wont it by itself such as Pepper Tasting: Korean Chunhyang Pepper, Thai Prik ki nu Pepper, Mexican Habanero Pepper, and Indian Bhut Jolokia Pepper to test the mysteries of the tongue. or were blind fold and have to find my way thorough a maze or do something like doing the splits: rubber banding the first two toes together, juggle (soccer) a jaegee (like a hacky sack) 10 times with your feet, and hitting the inner thighs in the horse-riding position.Or

Some thing that I am good at

Something that I really good at Drawing. I am great when it comes to drawing anime charters. It is some thing that I am very passionate about. Drawing is something that I can naturally do, I never have never taken a class or had to work real hard to do it. When drawing a person, i draw a certain way, everyone dose when it comes to anime  characters. I first start with the eyes, and then the eye brows. next i draw the nose. then the shape of the face. the i draw the hair, next the lips. The the sholder and after that i just stat going to what ever part i feel like drawing at the time, most of the time depending on if ti's a girl or a boy.    

Sandwich

On my sandwich I would start off with two peaces of foot long wheat bread. Then on each slice of bread i would put some mustard. Next I would put put lettuce and tomatoes. After that i would ad sunny side up eggs, which is cooked on both side so the whole egg is cooked so there is no liquid like sustenance from my eggs. on top of the cheese there would have already been melted on the eggs. Then we add the meat. I would add ham an a little bit of tucker and and Salmon made on a grill so that all of the flavor of the salmon it there.

  . Last i would cut the sandwich in half and eat it.

Winter 

Football Stadium Job

     If I were to work at an Football Stadium, I would be the person who walk up and down the stands selling peanuts. It would be a fun job. The best part of it, is that i would get to through peanuts at people. if i didn't like them I could accidentally hit them and keep walking because the clouds at the foot ball games would be to large for them to get to me in time, i would already be gone toughing peanuts at some other idiot. I don't know how much they get paid but hopefully it's enough to make a living off of. By having this job i would stay in shape, from walking up and down the stair int tie Stadium, building up my leg muscles would make me a fast runner, and I'd need it when i see the people i threw peanuts at outside of the stadium.    

The moon

 I would't want to visit the moon. For one thing i wouldn't like the view because i'm afraid of heights so I would just stand sill the whole time filled with fear. Then the other thing is that there are so many risk of getting myself killed, like getting my air tube stuck on something and it brakes.Or i'll just float off the moon and keep flying until i run out of air. so when it comes to the moon i'm to afraid to go. It would be a great experience but I'm just not up for it, it might cost me my life. I might go if i can stay on the space ship, but what if the space ship blows up.  

How to earn money at my age

There is much you can do at my age to earn money. You could get a jib at any fast food restaurant or store, and be paid minimum wages.Or you can get a gob from some one in you neighborhood, like clean for then, do their gardening, take out their trash and so on.  

The Baby Dragon

 One day a dragon mother gave birth to a beautifully baby dragon. She named her Ella. Ella was all purple dragon, as were all royal dragons. Just by being born, Ella's life chosen was already made for her. She was a princess, and was soon to be queen of the land of dragons. her princess life started only days after her birth. over the next few moths to was Princess Ella you must do this Princess Ella you must do that, she could never do what she wanted do do. she always dreamed of just having fun like the other baby dragons her age did, why deal with all of this princes business at such a young age. this was the time she should only worry about being a kid, but since she was of royal blood she had a job to do, and it started with her birth. she soon grew sad and decided to run away. It wasn't long until people were coming after her to take her back, she found herself being chase by one of her servant, crying out for her to come back. The servant chased her until Ella fell of a cliff. As she fee she opened up her wings and began to fly up, she was surprised because this was her first time flying. As she got close to the cliff she sped up so that she could past it quickly. The servant who had been chasing her looked up at her in amazed for he'd had never seen a dragon fly at such an early age. Ella flew higher and higher past the earth, past the stars, she flew and flew until she was tired, she was surprised that she could breath in otter space, no one had told her that dragons could do such a thing. she didn't realize that she had been the only dragon to fly that far or to fly at such a young age. She sat on a rocky place that was  by her princess study knowledge called the moon. she laid down and fell asleep, promising herself nerve to return home. She never did return, no one believed the servant who told them that she flew away for that was impossible, they believed that he killed her or hid her some were and he was killed, and Ella was foreve in peace flying around the universe freely.       

Four years ago I was 13 years old. It was the beginning of my 8th grade year, i had a baby brother that was about to turn 1 and another baby brother that was just born in September. Although all these wonderful thing were happening around me i wasn't happy, for had just moved yet again and it was time for me to do it all over again. Make new friends. I'd never really had any friend art school that i actually liked enough to have a friend to friend relationship out of school and would not until my first year of high school.When i was 13 life was boring, i could't do anything, i couldn't go to the movies with out my mother following right behind me, couldn't go any were with the friend i had (the friend not at my school). I also couldn't go on the bus alone or walk to places that were of far distance alone. Now i can do all of that and i have a great set of friends that i love to hang around.       

My Jorney on a Pirate Ship

One day I was walking along the beach, where the ocean and the land met. I always loved the ocean waters. The smell of its salty waters, the sounds of waves clashing together. Also the animals that lived in the ocean, some still so deep into the ocean that they haven’t even been discovered yet. The ocean had its own personality, and it seemed to like me, I would think to myself as the waves gently circled around my feet, then disappearing only to repeat itself sometimes with less or more water. Maybe that why I was there that day, when one moment changed the rest of my life.

      I was walking at the water and earths meeting place when suddenly, out of the corners of my eyes I saw a ship in the distance. I didn’t think much of it; ships always came in this area, full of tourist. Therefore, when the ship stopped near me I didn’t pay much attention to it, I had lost my interest of the people who came off the tourist a long time ago. So I didn’t realize it when the young man with a patch on his one eye approved me. “Would you like to see my ship?”  He asked. The boy was no older than I was, yet he said this was his ship. “This ship belongs to you I said looking at the ship.” I said puzzled for a minute. It was made of wood but in very well condition, it looked as though it coasted fortune.

     “Of course this is my ship.” He said laughing yet you could tell he was answer the question seriously. “How could such a young person afford such a beautiful ship,” I asked. “Well I am a pirate; I won it in a bet with another pirate, and then fixed it up with the money I found on Ronal Island. I had heard of Ronal Island once from one of the old men in my town. “So..” he continued, “will you join me?” he asked again. “Why me?” I asked, “I am no one special.” “I have always seen you hear at this beach looking upon the see as if you long to forever stay with it, so what better way as in on a pirate ship. I pondered on this for just a bit, it would be fun, and it’s not like there was anything for me here, for I was a parentless child that lived a lone in my tine little house. Being the ocean lover I am I told him yes, but I guess apart of me said yes because of the loneness. Once aboard the pirate ship, the boy for whom I had been talking told me that he was the captain of the ship, I didn’t believe him. Not believing him must have been written all over my face for he then told me. “Ask anyone you see here and they will tell you that this is true.  So I did, there were so many people walking around on the ship I asked about three people and they all said that what he side was true.

       Then he told me that they were going to a new island named Condra Island, and it would take a moth to get their for it was very far. “If you leave with us now you may never come back here.” He said, “Are you sure you want to come alone.” with no hesitation, I answered “Yes” and then we were off.

Devangle origin Part One 

     Aalijah Starman was six when she first discovered she could turn invisible. It happened when she was playing hide and seek with the neighborhood kids. The boy who was it looked behind the tree, which was where Aalijah was hiding, but saw nothing but Aalijah’s clothing laying on the ground. Aalijah didn’t make a move. She just looked up at the boy wondering why he didn’t tag her and yell your it. He took a last look then ran off. As Aalijah was getting up to go run for base she noticed that she couldn’t see her hand, she looked at her arms and also notice that they were also gone, she saw right thought them. She touched her arm and could feel that they were there, she just couldn’t see them.

   She them became afraid and didn’t know what to do. She didn’t want to go to her parent, she was afraid they would get angry at her. So for the next to weeks she stayed in the near by woods. That’s how long it took her to turn back visible. When she got home she lied to her parent, who had sent a search party and the police to go find her, she told them that she had got lost in the woods when she was playing hide and seek.

     Later on when she was seven she was in more control of her invisibility, no one else knew about it, she kept it secret. But she wasn’t ready for what was next, for soon she would discover that she could do more then just turn invisible. One day Aalijah and her parents were on a trip to go celebrate a new addition to the family. Aalijah now had a six month year old baby brother. She was so happy her and her family hadn’t gone on a trip since she was five.

  Her father stopped at gas station to refill on gas and snacks. Aalijah’s mother was sleeping in the passenger seat and Aalijah kept her baby brother Jordan entertained. Then out of no were Aalijah heard a big boom, then she saw nothing but fire and smoke, she felt her skin burning there was fire everywhere. She protected her brother in her arms then there was nothing but darkness.

     When she woke up she was sitting in what use to be her car. She looked down at her brother and saw nothing but ash and small fragments off bones she jumped out of the car in fear only to see part of her mother face burned completely off and the other have nothing but skeletal. She looked back at the store at the gash station and saw that there was nothing there but bunted skeletons and wood. She took a step closer to the building and trips over a gas pump. She falls on her knee and feels excruciating pain. She looks down at her knee and sees hole in her knee that is so deep she could see her bones. As see stares at it, it began to heal. When it was finish the pain went away, a few minutes later the police and fire department was there. After questing her, they decided she had nothing to do with the explosion. Yet the explosion was no mere accident, some one caused he explosions on purpose with an explosive device.

  Since Aalijah had no other known living relatives she was placed in a foster home, not even two months had passed before she was adopted by the Johnson family. The just marred couple was incapable of having a child and they just thought that they would be the best comfort for Aalijah after reading her files. Aalijah didn’t speak much to her new parent, she had been thought so much, she spent most of her time in her room, and if she really didn’t fill like being bothered she would just turn invisible. She would some times cut herself but every time she did her wounds would automatically heal. She once cut her hand off but it healed back in just minutes. She saw her powers as a curse. She wished that she had died with her family but her powers stopped her from doing so, she felt the pain but that was it everything would heal again. She didn’t even get sick. It wasn’t until she was seventeen that she actually paid attention to her foster parent, of course she would talked to them, she just wasn’t close to them in any way but distance. She notice how abusive her foster father Jaired was to her faster mother Marry. She never notice after all this time because since she was eight she would sneak out he house and stay out until it was time to go to school. Now she began to notice the bruise on Marry’s face and how afraid she was. She didn’t like the idea of anyone getting a bused so the next time she saw Jaired beating on Marry she stood in between him and Marry and firmly told her to stop. Jaired slapped Aalijah so hard across the face that she flew. Then he started to beat her up. She tried to fight her off but he was to strong.  When he tried to take off her clothing she once again raised her hand in defiance and he immediately flew away. She could see a blue circle around her and when he came at her again he couldn’t get pass the circle. She the turned invisible and ran away, she never did go back.               

                      

If I was to be any kind of doctor

     If I was to be any kind of doctor, I would be an health doctor.There is lot to information you need to know if you want to be healthy. The mane one is what we put in our bodies, or what we eat and drink. You should know how to balance out what you eat and how much of it you eat. You should have a balance of how much grain, vegetables, fruits, dairy products, and the meats and beans you eat. You should also be carful of how much salt you consume. For example if you were to go on a diet you would want to chose one that was low in calories about 30% of day to day calories contain fat so eating a smaller amount of sugar helps prevent cardiovascular dieses. You should be wise of what and how much you. Most foods have salt in it so it’s not very necessary to add much the less salt the better.

     Study’s show, that these five basic foods should be eaten daily (but not too much of each). With grain, you should have a least 6-11 serving sizes a day. That is the equivalent of 1 slice of whole grain bread, 1 tortilla, cup of cereal, ½ cup of oatmeal, ½ small bagel. For meat and beans, it should be 2-3 serving sizes, which is equivalent to ½ cups of dry beans, 1 egg and ¾ cups of nuts. Then there’s the fruits, you should eat at least 2-4 serving sizes. That would be equal to any 1 fruit, ½ cup of chopped fruit, and ¾ cup of fruit juice. Eating 1 whole apple would be the same as a third of a tennis ball. Next is the vegetables, you should have 3-5 servings a day. The equal value of that is 1 cup of raw vegetables, ½ cup of cooked/raw vegetables, and ¾ cup of vegetable juice. Lastly are the dairy products. You should be carful of dairy products, because they are mostly fat but yet your body dose nee a certain amount of it to stay healthy. Each day you should have 3-5 servings, which is the same as 1.5 ounces of cheese, and 1 cup of milk.

     In conclusion, pay attention to what you put in you body. Know the names that are on the back of the snack you’re eating. Most of the time they are sugar just in fancy words so look it up if you don’t know what something is. Remember that to stay healthy you should balance out what you eat and what you need to eat. You should also be answer of how much salt you consume.

If i could paint my room

  I a great painter and it is something i love to do. so my mother let me paint my room however I wanted. So I decided to paint my walls withe all the things I liked. The first wall would be of the kpop group super junior. The one wall will have them all of them. It would look like an organized Colleague. I would have a sapphire blue back ground. I would fist pick my some pics of some of the people in suju and paint them onto the walls, being sure to get the colors in the pictures right. Then on the side in a completely different angle from the others i would paint a picture of All the Super Junior members together

  On The the other side of my room i would pain SHINee. I would paint the bottom half of the wall with one picture of all of SHINee together. on the top half of the wall i would have a picture of each member alone going from one end of the wall to the other. The back ground would be a bluish green. On the roof of my room I would paint the back ground black and put pictures of all the members of Sm town in one big picture.

     

Young person

A young person I know is my baby brother jalen. He is a very intering young person. he likes to play with his little toy action figures. he get loud as he plays with them and often gets into trouble because of it. He also hate to go to bed. he will stay up until 3:00am and wake up at 8:00am full of energy. i don't understand were he gets all the energy from. school obviously isn't doing its job of tiering him, it seem to be actually giving him more energy. Some would say that i'm luck he's not one of the kids that get hipted up on sugar, it doesn't have any effect on him. what they don't realize is that he acts like a kid hipted up on sugar all the time so your already use to the craziness.   

             

The oldest person I know

     My grandmother Wyvernia Brown is the oldest person I know. she is full of lots of wisdom a woman at the age of 86. I found out she had so much wisdom when i did a project with here while reading the book "Tuesdays with Morrie". By Mich Albom. 

I have always been close to my grandmother, and she has always motivates me to do the things I want most in life, accomplish my goals in life, and to do things that would make my life full of happiness. It was good that I chose her; I learned so much during are talks. We went thought topics such as life, death, careers, relationships, the world, and so much more.

     The ones I got the most out of were life and death, from both my grandmother and Morrie’s perspective. I enjoyed how when Morrie said, "Once you learn how to die, you learn how to live." I also enjoyed when he says, "So many people walk around with a meaningless life. They seem half-asleep, even when they're busy doing things they think are important. This is because they're chasing the wrong things. The way you get meaning into your life is to devote yourself to loving others, devote yourself to your community around you, and devote yourself to creating something that gives you purpose and meaning.” "My grandmother said, “When you stop fearing death, you start to enjoy life to the fullest, you allow yourself to truly live.” These things made me stop fearing death, and just worries about what I can do now to live life with as little regrets as possible, and for the regrets I have, don’t focus so much on that it ends up blinding me from the life I have, then not realize it until my life is over.   

Violence

“A world of Violence! Who’s to blame?”

     Many people would agree that there is too much violence in this world. There is war, gangs and many criminals in our society. Most people would blame the society itself.  Our civilization promotes so much violence. It is promoted in the cartoon children watch, in the books, we read everyday, and in the games, we play. It is in the advertisements you see as you pass by the billboards and bus benches you see as you drive or walk down the street. Since society makes it look cool, people do what they see on the TV or in the book, they just read. Oh, and don’t forget the billboard!  

     In 2005, there was a protest by parents against the billboards for the movie “Get Rich or Die Trying” it was one of the leading stories on the news, the web, and news papers\magazines.  On one web article on http://banbillboardblight.org it read “protests by parents and community leaders in a gang-ridden area of  L.A. resulted in the removal of billboard ads depicting the rapper 50 Cent brandishing a gun in an ad for the movie, “Get Rich or Die Trying’”.  Five years later, billboards and super graphic signs around the city continue to display outsize ads with such depictions, sometimes right next-door to schools and in neighborhoods suffering from gun violence.”

 The young people in the world read stories and watch movies all the time. It is so easy to do it, you don’t even need the book to read because you can read it on there new “Kindle Wireless Reading Device” or they can watch a movie on the Ipad. Therefore, it’s a lot easier to look at the violent things our civilization offers. In most movies and books, there is an antagonist in the story, and violence is used by the “hero” to get ride of them. For example, the movie “Spider Man.” No one complained about the violence in that move, yet there was plenty of violence in it. As always, in the end, the super hero fights the “bad guy”, and wins in some “remarkably” violent way that fans love. You can’t forget about the most popular entertainment happening right now, Vampires. There’s millions of vampire books, not only that, we have vampire movies and TV shows, such as “Twilight” and “Vampire Diaries.”  These types of entertainment alone promotes, sex and violence thorough out the whole show, or book.

     Another source of violence is video games. Parent can agree on this one thing. On April 24, 2008, Dave Munger Posted, “Violent video games and Desensitization” which said, “Although not all games are equal, there's plenty of evidence that playing some violent video games can cause aggressive real-world behavior. Sites like addictinggames.com offer popular games whose sole point is to play the role of a hit man or even to torture animals. Over 85 percent of video games include violence.” In Elizabeth Armstrong Moore studies “Meta study: Violent video games raise aggression” she showed that “a study aggregating results from 130 research reports on more than 130,000 subjects worldwide has more breadth than most of its predecessors regarding the effects of violent video games on youths.”

     To stop the violence in the world, we first need to get rid of the violence that are read, watched and played in ever day life. It surrounds us all and calls people in with a mask or in a disguise, it’s usually not seen as violence, it’s seen as “natural entertainment.”  It’s hard for any one to stay away from the violence in this kind of world in which violence in promoted everywhere. It is sometimes promoted as comedy or as in something that’s ok/ normal. How can we stay away form violence if it’s everywhere we look; TV, books and more?
