How chose the food you eat

Step 1. Decide that you are hungry, how hungry you are, what kind of hunger is it, is it all in the mind or from the stomach.  
Step 2. Decide on type of food to eat
                        Examples: soul food, Chinese food, Spanish food, etc. All the above.
Step 3. Now lets say you want all the above, go to an all you can eat buffet.
Step 4. If not skip step 3 and go to the place that has the best of what you want.
Step 5. If you ant decide go look at picture online or in a magazine and see what appeals to you more, what makes your mouth water. You can also go to a place that has a lot of restaurants and go look around to see what appeals to you.
  Note also decide if you want fatty or healthy food.
